Privacy policy

What personal data infocedia.com collects (very little), why, and how to use your privacy rights.

Effective October 19, 2026. This policy covers infocedia.com. It is operated by Infocedia ("we", "us"), which is responsible for your data.

What we collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tools. You can read every page without giving us any personal information.

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data for every request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. It is used only to keep the site running and secure, and is kept for a short period set by the hosting provider. We do not use it to identify you.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if your email shows it) and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and keep a record of the conversation, and delete it within 24 months.

Other Infocedia pages

Pages published on Infocedia subdomains (addresses ending in .infocedia.com) have their own privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every page.

We rely on legitimate interests to run and secure the site and to answer messages you send us.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share personal data. Our hosting and email providers process it for us under contracts that limit how they use it. We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict some uses, and to data portability. Residents of California and other US states also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share it. To use any of these rights, email privacy@infocedia.com. We will answer within one month (EU/UK) or 45 days (California) and never charge you or treat you differently for asking. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
